All winner/qualifiers must be from the WZDX-TV DMA viewing area. Void where prohibited. Chances of winning depend on the number of entries. Grand Prize(s) are not transferable. Grand prize-winners will be chosen on 05/07/12, 05/14/12 and 05/21/12.

To enter the promotion participants must visit www.fox54.com and complete an entry form. Each entrant must include the correct “Phrase of the day”. The phrase of the day will appear on screen between 6pm and 7pm weeknights during the promotion period.

To enter via television and radio contests, watch WFXR FOX 21/27 and listen to WSLC for chances to qualify. Employees of WZDX-TV and Rocket City Broadcasting or their families, are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Only one qualifier per family or household. Qualifiers will be required to present a valid driver’s license or other form of identification at check-in to verify their claim of the prize. Winner will be required to execute an Indemnification and Waiver of Liability, whereby participating entrants agree that WZDX-TV and Rocket City Broadcasting, its subsidiaries, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and their employees are not liable for any injury or damage of any kind resulting from the entry of the contest. Entrants agree to give permission to use entrant’s name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without compensation. Qualifier and Winner must meet eligibility requirements as required by WZDX-TV and Rocket City Broadcasting its subsidiaries, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries. By entering, contestants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the contest. All decisions made by WZDX-TV are final. Rules may be changed or modified as conditions warrant.

Employees of Grant Communications, WZDX-TV and Rocket City Broadcasting and their immediate families are not allowed to participate. Advertising agencies in affiliation with Grant Communications and their employees and immediate families are not allowed to participate.

WZDX-TV and Grant Communications hold the right to deny any and all entries if not adherent to the rules or would pose a danger to themselves or other employees of WZDX-TV or Grant Communications.

All viewers who have won ANY WZDX-TV contests are ineligible for 30 days from the date of that contest’s completion.

Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases: Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date of winning. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners must complete a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. To meet Federal Tax Regulations, all winners must present their social security number and are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. Prizes are considered income and taxes on said prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release WZDX-TV,Rocket City Broadcasting and Grant Communications, its ownership, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate families, successors and assigns from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity.

All decisions are final. WZDX-TV and Rocket City Broadcasting holds the right to change any aspect of contest at any time without prior notice.
