Official Rules FOX54 Facebook Freebie Huntsville Havoc Tickets 2/28/14
1. Eligibility – To be eligible to participate, viewers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in the FOX54 viewing area. Employees of FOX54, My8, ME-TV, Huntsville Havoc and Facebook, their parent companies, advertising agencies, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and the immediate families (or non-family members of the same household) of each are not eligible to play. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. The term “non-family members” include boyfriends, girlfriends, roommates or tenants at the same address.
2. How to Play – On Monday 2/24/14 FOX54 will post an announcement on our Facebook page that the contest is now ‘live’. Contest will run 2/24/14 from 10AM-4PM. Viewers 18 years of age and older can log on to the FOX54 Facebook page, click on the Contest icon below the Cover Photo at the top of the page. Viewers not following us on Facebook can ‘like’ the FOX54 page in order to enter. Viewers can also enter at www.fox54.com. Contest entry is verified when they enter the CAPTCHA code. One entry per person.
3. Contest Dates – The contest will run on Tuesday Monday 2/24/14 from 10AM-4PM Winners will be selected after the conclusion of contest on Monday 2/24/14. FOX54 reserves the right to end the contest at any time without advance warning.
4. Selection of Contest Winner(s) –This contest will have five winners. Prizes may be claimed at our offices at 1309 N. Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL 35801. 256-533-5454. Hours M-F 8A-5P.
5. Prizes – Five 4-packs of tickets to the Huntsville Havoc on Friday 2/28/14 7:30PM. Value: $48 per 4-pack.
6. General Conditions – No purchase necessary. Purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. WZDX-TV FOX54 will not be responsible for loss of service to internet due to power loss, service interruption or any other reason that may prevent any individual from completing his/her entry. All viewers who have won ANY WZDX FOX54 or contests are ineligible for 90 days from the date of that contest’s completion, NOT the date of their winning. If it is determined that a winner falls into this 90 day lock-out period, they will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen. ***EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST, 2011, ALL GRAND PRIZES WINNERS ARE INELIGIBLE FROM WINNING ANY CONTESTS WITH FOX54, My8, or ME-TV FOR ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THEIR WINNING** All applicable Facebook privacy rules apply to this contest. Facebook does not endorse this contest; thus Facebook is not responsible for any portion of the execution, awarding or viability of prize(s). WZDX-TV will not share any collected Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with outside 3rd party sources without an entrant’s written consent. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Decisions of WZDX-TV FOX54 shall be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. By entering, each contestant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest. WZDX-TV FOX54 makes no warranty, representation or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winners will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. The winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and/or publicity release and any other documentation that WZDX-TV FOX54 requires. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
