1.            Eligibility – To be eligible to participate, viewers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in the FOX54 viewing area. Employees of FOX54, My8, ME-TV, and  Facebook, their parent companies, advertising agencies, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and the immediate families (or non-family members of the same household) of each are not eligible to play.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.  The term “non-family members” include boyfriends, girlfriends, roommates or tenants at the same address. 

2.            How to Play – Viewers will be asked to like WZDX FOX54 on Facebook for chance to win Disney on Ice tickets. Throughout the day on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, WZDX FOX54 will make Facebook posts stating the contest is live, cuing contestants to enter the contest at fox54.com.  Contest entry is verified when they enter the CAPTCHA code. There will be a total of 3 winners on Dec. 2 and 2 winners on Dec. 3.  Each winner will receive family 4 pack of tickets.

3.            Contest Dates – The contest will run on December 2 and 3, 2013. One winner will be selected after each round of that day’s contest. FOX54 reserves the right to end the contest at any time without advance warning.

4.            Selection of Contest Winner(s) –Three winners will be randomly chosen on Dec. 2 and two winners on Dec 3. Prizes may be claimed at our offices at 1309 N. Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL 35801. 256-533-5454. 

5.          Prizes – Each winner will receive a family 4 pack of Tickets to Disney On Ice. Prizes may not be traded or exchanged. FOX54 reserves the right to substitute similar items. Approx value of each prize pack: $80

6.            General Conditions – No purchase necessary.  Purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.  WZDX-TV FOX54 will not be responsible for loss of service to internet due to power loss, service interruption or any other reason that may prevent any individual from completing his/her entry.  All viewers who have won ANY WZDX FOX54 or contests are ineligible for 90 days from the date of that contest’s completion, NOT the date of their winning.  If it is determined that a winner falls into this 90 day lock-out period, they will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen.  ***EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST, 2011, ALL GRAND PRIZES WINNERS ARE INELIGIBLE FROM WINNING ANY CONTESTS WITH FOX54, My8, or ME-TV FOR ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THEIR WINNING**  All applicable Facebook privacy rules apply to this contest.  Facebook does not endorse this contest; thus Facebook is not responsible for any portion of the execution, awarding or viability of prize(s).  WZDX-TV will not share any collected Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with outside 3rd party sources without an entrant’s written consent.  By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules.  Decisions of WZDX-TV FOX54 shall be final and binding.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.  By entering, each contestant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest.  WZDX-TV FOX54 makes no warranty, representation or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winners will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner.  The winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and/or publicity release and any other documentation that WZDX-TV FOX54 requires.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  WZDX-TV FOX54, My8, ME-TV, Facebook, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder.  WZDX-TV FOX54 reserves the right to revise and update the rules without advance notice.
